Latoya & Jeromy’s Kualoa Regional Park Elopement on Oʻahu

Updated: 7 minutes ago

Some wedding days are big because of the guest list.Latoya and Jeromy’s was big because of the love.

Kualoa Regional Park has this calm, expansive feeling where the Koʻolau mountains stand behind you and the ocean opens up in front. It’s the kind of place that makes a small elopement feel powerful — and for these two, it was the perfect setting.

Their Ceremony by the Ocean

They chose a quiet spot overlooking Mokoliʻi (Chinaman’s Hat), with nothing but the ocean breeze and their officiant standing with them. No arch, no chairs — just a real moment shared between the two of them.

One of the highlights of the entire day was Latoya’s reaction to receiving a surprise ring during the ceremony. Jeromy lit up watching her. You can feel their connection in every frame.

Just Married Moments

Right after the ceremony, they walked barefoot along the shoreline, holding hands and soaking in the fact that they were officially married. The sky gave us soft, even light — perfect for portraits and perfect for the calm energy of their day.

Portraits With the Koʻolau Mountains

The field at Kualoa is where their personalities really came through. They laughed, danced, teased each other, and ran around like it was just the two of them in the world. The mountains made every moment feel cinematic, while their joy kept everything warm and real.

Why Kualoa Regional Park Was Perfect for Them

  • Open space and privacy

  • Iconic scenery without the crowds

  • A mix of beach + mountains in one location

  • Easy access and no-stress setup

  • A naturally romantic, grounded setting

For couples like Latoya and Jeromy—who want meaning over production—Kualoa is one of the easiest and most beautiful places to elope on Oʻahu.
